3. Formation of Committee: (1) There will be a committee named Bhojpur Hospital Development Committee for the management and operation of Bhojpur Hospital.
(2) The constitution of the committee under sub-section (1) shall be as follows:-
(a) A person nominated by the Ministry from amongst the distinguished persons - Chairman
(b) Chairman-Member of the concerned Village Development Committee of the area where the hospital is located (c) Authorized Level Representative of District Development Committee, Bhojpur – Member
(d) Authorized Level Representative of District Administration Office, Bhojpur – Member
(e) Chairman of District Industry and Commerce Association, Bhojpur - Member
(f) District Red Cross Society, Bhojpur President – ​​Member
(g) One member nominated by the committee from among the women of the respective ward of the village development committee of the area where the hospital is located (h) One member nominated by the committee from among the women involved in health services (i) Medical Superintendent of the Hospital - Member - Secretary

(3) The term of office of the chairman and nominated members of the committee will be two years.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (3), if the chairman and nominated member do not fulfill their official duties or if they do something contrary to the interest of the committee, the ministry may remove them at any time. However, he will not be deprived of the opportunity to submit an explanation before being removed from office.
